Whether you want to lose weight, recover from an injury, get back into fitness or just get more of a healthy balance into your hectic schedule. I can help. 

All Personal Training sessions take place either in Wroxham's boutique gym, NR12 Fitness (a private studio is also available for Personal Training sessions on the outskirts of Aylsham - Fridays only). Each session is designed specifically for you. All of my Personal Training packages include a FREE consultation, postural assessment and goal-setting opportunity, along with a nutritional analysis. Sessions last 45 minutes. 

I believe that real results cannot be achieved through short-term fixes. My goal is to help you create healthy habits that will last a lifetime through a bespoke personal training routine.

I specialise in female weight loss and weight management. Weight gain is not just about poor diet and lack of exercise. For some women it is also about an emotional connection to food, lack of confidence to do exercise, poor self-esteem, hormones and more often than not.....putting your families' needs before your own. My personal training strategy is to understand you the best I can, to help you achieve the best possible results.  

Mental Health

It's just as important as physical health

Having sturggled with my own battle of anxiety and depression for many years, I am incredibly passionate about raising mental health awareness. 

My personal training services include understanding your mental wellbeing and providing support to those who may be experiencing a mental health condition. 

Physical activity and healthy eating, are great tools in developing resilience and to supporting positive wellbeing. I am able to tailor your personal training programme to help you develop this resilience and also help you to understand mind-muscle connection and self-awareness. 

I believe in treating all my clients with compassion and empathy but I will also push you to understand, that you are so much stronger than you think you are.

FAQS


What happens at my free personal training consultation?
We will discuss your goals, current lifestyle, eating habits and then advise on the best package option for you. I will also carry out a postural assessment and ask you to complete a medial form. This is also when we will discuss your sign-up agreement. 

What will I need to wear to personal training session?
You will not need to wear gym clothing to your free consultation. You will however need to make sure you wear comfortable workout clothing and suitable trainers to your training sessions. 

Will I need to pay anything at my free consultation?
​That is up to you. I will advise you on what personal training package I think would be best suited to you in terms of your goals and lifestyle. You will be able to sign up to the personal training package at the time of your consultation or prior to your first booked session. Payments can be made as a one-off payment or agreed monthly installments. 





​What happens if I cannot make a personal training session?
You will be required to give 24 hours notice under your agreement, if you are unable to attend a session. If less than 24 hours is given, then unfortunately you will forfeit the usually hourly rate (except in the case of emergency). 

How can I pay?
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or PayPal. 

Can I train with a friend?
Absolutely! Having a strong support system will help motivate you towards your goals. Personal training sessions can be on a 1:2:1 basis but if you would prefer to train with a friend or small group, just let me know. It also means you can share the cost!​

Where do the personal training sessions take place?
Sessions will take place in a private studio on the outskirts of Aylsham or at NR12 Fitness in Wroxham (See Locations for further information). I also offer mobile personal training sessions in the comfort of your home but prices will vary for this. Please contact me for more information if you would like to learn more about mobile personal training sessions.
